Dear Lou,
Nancy and I wanted to thank you for all your help in
completing the renovation of our lake house. We have had such a great
experience working with you in a situation that required lots of
communication- often remotely. Since the project was an hour's drive from
our primary residence and Nancy and I both work, we had to rely on your
judgment in many situations to get issues resolved. For example, when there
was an issue with placing the toilet drain in the upstairs bath, you
resolved the issue in an effective way by building out the wall a few inches
in a tasteful manner. We also appreciate your approach to the project as a
partnership. We felt that you were always looking out for us without to
trying to "nickel and dime" in every request that we made of your team.
While many unforeseen issues can arise in construction, you were also
effective at keeping the project on time.
Most importantly, we are extremely pleased with the final
product, for which we credit your professionalism, focus on quality and our
constructive working relationship. Thank you again for a very positive
experience.
Nancy and I would wholeheartedly recommend your services
to anyone who may ask. Please feel free to offer our contact information as
a reference if it would be helpful to you in the future.
Sincerely,
Jody & Nancy

Dear Lou,
With the removal of your LS Construction sign at
the foot to the driveway, our final payment, and the comprehensive (and user
friendly!) binders with our documentation which you so thoughtfully prepared
and gave us, we must confront the astounding fact that you did, in fact,
complete our Sherman Vacation home reconstruction. Faster than anyone
predicted was possible. On Budget. And with superb craftsmanship.
Our six-adult extended family made for a
challenging client, and you have been extraordinarily sensitive to our need
for constant communication and consultation. Within our family we remark
that everything you said about how you work during the interview with us
last spring turns out to be absolutely true. You are hands on. You are
available and responsive. Your subcontractors are a pleasure to work with.
Or knowledgeable friends who have seen your work are clear in their
enthusiastic assessment that you provided us with the highest quality
materials and workmanship. Your eagerness and ability to problem solve is
reassuring and productive- from the initial redesign to bring the
architect's vision within our budget, to your unrelenting efforts to provide
a septic system to meet Sherman's high standards, to designing and building
the handsome pocket doors, to adjusting our roof construction to avoid the
possibility of ice build-up.
Our family vacation home is beautiful- outside
and in, more beautiful than any of us imagined. We receive compliments from
everyone who visits and know that future generations will love the home you
created for our family.
You and your colleagues have been a pleasure to
work with. We are highly satisfied clients and welcome the opportunity to
recommend you and have you bring potential clients to our home.
Best Regards
Alice and Richard Mandel

Dear Lou,
I am so pleased to write you a letter of
recommendation! The project at 156 Chestnut Hill Road is a huge
undertaking-you made it both successful and enjoyable. You succeeded
under difficult circumstances, the town, my constant traveling, ect. You
responded to every call, request, big idea that came my way! And
most of all- BUDGET! You respected my budget and made a home for
me.
Best Regards,

Dear Lou,
Vic and I would like to thank you for building
our dream house in Connecticut. We have always wanted a house on a lake
and without your help, it could not have been done. Your knowledge and
efforts exceeded our expectations for building a house of this magnitude
and significance to us. May changes were made and you took us through it
step by step and we were completely satisfied with your work and trusted
you fully. There were many trying times and you worked remarkably well
with us and the other subcontractors we had. We found our perfect spot
for our house and also had the fortune of finding the perfect contractor
to carry out our vision.
I would highly recommend you for any project
that comes your way as you would be a great asset.
Sincerely,
Vic and Pat Z.

Dear Lou,
I know it has been 2 years since you finished
construction of our house, but both Brian and I feel we needed to
express to you how we felt regarding our experience of working with you.
Once the plans of our new house were complete, at that point it just
seemed like it was only a dream that we could ever have such a beautiful
home. From our first meeting you made Brian and I feel confident in you
competence and we respected and valued your advice through out the
entire project. While in the process of construction, every detail and
every problem or workaround to the plan was handled by you in a
professional and timely manor. Your attention to our needs and detail
was outstanding and made the entire process as stress free as possible.
At every phase during the construction of our house you either met or
exceeded our expectations for the level of service you provided. You
demonstrated core values that will always make your business thrive and
grow. Integrity, initiative, imaginative, experience and caring. These
values are what sets LSC apart from other builders. You are the
best!
Please accept our heartfelt appreciation for a
job well done!
Sincerely,
Brian and Elissa Z.

Lou,
Things are really shaping up beautifully as
this project come together and nears completion. Gloria and I are
grateful to you and the guys you employed for what has been accomplished
and the beauty of your execution of details. You are a class act and a
sterling, young business man as your first appeared in the spring of
2002, when we first met. It is our hope that the conclusion of this
project will mark the beginning of a life long friendship between us and
our families and that you will always share the joy in the house that
Lou built.
Sincerely,
Dan Inncinamo

| Dear Louie,
I want to thank you for working on my new
house and rebuilding it too. I think you have done a fabulous job! I
can't wait until it is completely done! I bet it will be the best
looking house in the town of New Fairfield, Ct. All the are walls are
straight and line up with one another perfectly, unlike our old house in
Danbury. The walls were all crooked. Great job on my new house!
Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Brad Benks |
